LHi Group's Piper Maddox brand, Specializing across GridEdge, Renewables, Clean Tech, Sustainability is searching for an entry Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our tailored and established training programs and top performing teams.

As an Associate Sales Recruitment Consultant, you would be responsible for developing a candidate and client base within a growing market. Your 6–12-week training during onboarding will involve both classroom and hands on exposure of full sales and recruitment cycle, learning the market assigned, generating a network through cold and warm outreach, negotiating contracts and fee agreements and hiring candidates into clients' job vacancies to advance your career, specialized market reputation and overall earnings through commission and promotion.

The Role:

  • Full Sales Cycle - Business Development:

Cold Outreach: high volume lead generation

KPIs: set daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators alongside manager and team to reach monthly and yearly revenue goals in alignment to personal and promotional efforts and business standards.

Negotiate: manage contract, salary and benefit expectations amongst candidates and clients.

Account Management: create and develop relationships with new and existing clients through cold and warm outreach - Cold Calling, Job Boards, linkedIn, Google Search, Zoom Info, Database Etc..

  • Consult - Market Specialist: You are a consultant to a client and candidate, managing expectations and guiding them through an interview process. Gaining, recording and sharing candidate details, market findings, competitor research and personal and team headhunting efforts. Reporting data either over the phone, video or face-to-face to best manage interview processes and existing and future relations.
  • Source: Responsible for finding new clients to work with and source possible candidates for those clients and vacancies assigned. Support the expansion of your client's Talent Pool by serving as an additional or replaced external resource to their Talent Acquisition team.
  • Sales Administration: Track and record candidate and client data into our internal database for immediate and future reference. Streamline interview and communication processes most effectively.

  • Base salary of $50,000 and a starting guarantee of an additional $10,000 base paid biweekly while in training with uncapped commission and bonus offerings to earn figures of over 70-80K year 1
