Your Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients and candidates.
- Business development and lead generation.
- Actively sourcing and qualifying potential candidates through various communication channels.
- Acting as the bridge between clients and candidates, including introductions, interviews, contract negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Posting job ads on various platforms.
- Becoming a market expert to advise clients and candidates on recruitment processes and career opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- An open and approachable personality with great listening skills to effectively interact with a diverse range of people.
- Initial experience or internships in sales are a plus (not mandatory).
- Strong time management skills to achieve your goals.
- Patience and persistence to build your market and ensure long-term success.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships.
- Excellent German and English skills at C1 level.
