The Overview

We are LHi! A group company consisting of four specialist brands and a Project Delivery Brand spanning the UK, Europe and North America. Our recruitment brands are niche businesses in Technology, Life Sciences, Clean Energy and the Built Environment. New York is the largest of our four US offices, we have an entire floor, in the heart of FiDi (Financial District) Manhattan, around the corner from Fulton Street Station, which is perfectly positioned for commuters from Brooklyn, Jersey and Manhattan. The office is surrounded by all the amenities you could need and boasts enviable views of Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade to name a few.

The Opportunity

The US arm of our business has seen year on year growth, now operating in 4 locations, we have a excellent (on the ground) operations function to compliment over 150 full desk recruiters. We have recently onboarded our new Head of US learning & development and looking to build the team with region trainers in both NYC and LA.

The role will be supporting predominately Entry Level to Principal Consultant level full desk / 360 consultants. The role has a variety of aspects from systems training & onboarding for new starters to candidate / client masterclasses and performance enhancement planning / delivery.

The learning and development team globally (4 EU based), have created a blueprint of best practice named the 'LHIdeology'. A 150 page interactive resource for everyone to have at their disposal, whenever they want. This alongside 20+ years combined experience across the team, fantastic marketing team to support on innovative ideas like QR code access to video content... we take our development here seriously!

The Role & Responsibilities?

Program Management


*Oversee multiple training programs, ensuring timely execution and success.
*Manage scheduling, assessments, role plays, and continuous program improvements.
*Provide updates to stakeholders and adapt training based on feedback.

Facilitation

*Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars on sales and recruitment topics.
*Promote commercial and entrepreneurial skills, adapting to diverse audiences and learning styles.
*Facilitate according to sales and recruitment best practices and adult learning theories.

Desk Coaching (Mentoring)

*Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address knowledge or skill gaps.
*Set coaching goals, track progress, and provide feedback while maintaining confidentiality.

Problem Solving

*Perform needs analysis to align learning objectives with business goals.
*Identify and address obstacles to knowledge transfer and implement improvements based on feedback.

Reporting

*Evaluate training outcomes using models like Kirkpatrick or Phillips.
*Track and report program results using tools like LMS, CRM, and business intelligence software.

Technical Expertise

*Apply expertise in sales and recruitment practices across the 360 lifecycle.
*Leverage internal tools such as CRM, sourcing platforms, and LMS to enhance learning.

Self-Management

*Prioritize tasks, manage commitments, and meet program goals with minimal oversight.
*Set and execute actionable timelines to achieve weekly, monthly, and long-term objectives.
