Job Description: As an Associate Recruitment Consultant at LHi Group, you will embark on an exciting and challenging career where you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top talent within our specialized markets. Key Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Consultant:

  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and engage high-caliber candidates through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and direct headhunting.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Candidate Management: Conduct interviews, assess suitability, and match candidates to appropriate roles. Provide guidance and support throughout the hiring process.
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding your client portfolio and contributing to the growth of the business.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to advise clients and candidates effectively.
  • Target Achievement: Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team targets, with the potential for significant financial rewards through our uncapped commission structure.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs, with opportunities for rapid career progression to senior consultant and management roles.


Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in any discipline. No prior recruitment experience is necessary.
