This opportunity is based in our new Austin, Texas office. After several years in co-working spaces, we've outgrown 5 office spaces and now established ourselves just off Congress Ave. Right in the heart of downtown, you're never too far away from good food spots and lively bars! With the support of nearly 100 colleagues, across 4 US locations, and a pedigree that spans 10+ years in establishing and developing markets like Energy Storage, Solar, and more recently Sustainability, this is an opportunity to put your own stamp on the Renewables / Clean energy industry!

We've been shaping the future of clean energy by driving innovation and true partnerships with household names to the latest start ups, with an INCH WIDE, MILE DEEP approach to our work. Specifically in Austin, we're powering industries and communities across the Texas / Mid West region, with strongholds in areas like EV, EPC, Solar and Energy Storage. Focused on an exclusive approach, this role will utilizing the client demand across various divisions across Renewables & Built Environment industries.

We're looking for a seasoned BDM / Client Partner, who is essentially a rain maker and Hunter! The position is based in our ATX office, whether you are in Austin or interested in relocating, we have a full WFH flex for individual contributors. In this position, you will be joining a brand of 15+ consultants (360) who are all market experts, with an additional key accounts team (delivery). THE REQUIREMENT OF NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, is essential. You will have access to all clients; active, dormant and lapsed, targeted to revenue growth (commission based off), with a mixture of new logos, development of accounts and regeneration of old accounts. No requirement for candidate work, but naturally, opportunity to take existing candidates to market.

What's in it for you?

* Competitive base salary $70k - $120k (negotiable depending on industry experience) with uncapped commission upto 50% with half & full year bonuses. *Commission is based off client spend into accounts. With splits of 50 / 30 / 20% based on each process.
