The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Recruitment Lead looking for your next challenge? Piper Maddox is hiring a Key Accounts Manager to lead our efforts in delivering exceptional recruitment services to our valued clients. This pivotal role will involve managing key accounts, driving candidate delivery, and developing business opportunities in the Renewable and Clean Energy sectors.

LA - This opportunity is based in our Santa Monica, LA office. A stone's throw from the beach, the office is in the heart of downtown Santa Monica, allowing for short cycle / skateboard commutes down the oceanfront walk. Sitting parallel to 3rd street promenade, there is ample parking accessibility.

Role & Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Conduct job briefing/intake calls with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to clarify requirements and set expectations.
  • Establish regular cadence calls/meetings to review submissions, gather feedback, and drive the recruitment process.
  • Prepare job packs and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Candidate Delivery

  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
  • Create longlists and shortlists, ensuring a thorough and diligent screening process.
  • Manage the candidate experience from sourcing through to offer negotiations.

Account Development

  • Identify new opportunities within assigned accounts and develop relationships with hiring contacts.
  • Create and implement strategic business plans to enhance client engagement.

Business Development

  • Identify target clients and develop plans to expand our business presence in key markets.

  • Proven experience in account management and recruitment, preferably within the Renewable Energy sector.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with hiring managers effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a focus on driving success through others.
