Key Responsibilities for Miami-Based Recruitment Consultant:
- Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct high-volume outreach to clients and candidates through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Drive business growth by consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Matchmaking: Serve as a professional matchmaker between top talent and leading companies in our niche markets (Technology, Life Sciences, Built Environment, and Renewable Energy).
- Client & Candidate Relationship Development: Cultivate lasting relationships with both clients and candidates through effective communication and strategic outreach.
- Contract Negotiation & Market Expertise: Facilitate salary negotiations, guide candidates through the interview process, and provide valuable market insights.
- Consultative Sales Role: Act as a trusted consultant, advising clients and candidates through the recruitment process and making data-driven decisions.
