The brand is 50/50 gender split including both strong female and male leadership across Perm hiring desks. Our specialists include 360 Consultants, Key Accounts and Commercial experts, to support repeating and new business success on both contingent and mostly retained searches. Piper Maddox consists of several global top billers and high performing management teams who have made Piper Maddox internationally recognized, claimed by Forbes "one of the leading Clean Energy recruitment brands" across the competitive and growing environmentally impactful industry. Piper Maddox is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to expand our mission driven client base and enhance and grow the Clean-Tech recruitment sector.

Key responsibilities of a 360 Recruitment Consultant include:

• Identify and target potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks

• Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and qualifications for active roles

• Business Develop into new and existing accounts to win client engagement, negotiate and sign favorable fee agreements

• Build relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and requirements for opportunistic business

• Present suitable candidates to clients and negotiate offers and contracts

• Prove expert market related recruitment advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activity and candidate information utilizing our International Database

• Manage offer and acceptance processes, including background checks and references

• Provide post-placement support to ensure a successful integration into the role and organization

What are we looking for?

• Proven track-record of success running a sustainable and self-sufficient recruitment desk

• Sales and Recruitment experience required

• A desire for in-office presence with leadership aspirations

• Experience in la candidate focused market

• A self-motivated, and self-starter attitude with the ability to identify, and seize new opportunities and work alongside peers

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• $55k - $75k base salary + competitive commission scheme
