Location...

LA - This opportunity is based in our Santa Monica, LA office. A stone’s throw from the beach, the office is in the heart of downtown Santa Monica, allowing for short cycle / skateboard commutes down the oceanfront walk. No doubt, in the last 4 years, LA's Piper Maddox brand, is one of the most successful stories in recent history. Starting in COVID '20, fast forward 4 years and the brand has cemented itself as trailblazers internally and externally as SME's across Solar, EPC, Cleantech and Commerical.

Setting the scene...

The back story of this innovative role, stems from the rapid growth of Piper Maddox in LA. Due to the expansion across various markets, the demand from clients for our services, simply got too much for full desk (360) recruiters to deal with. Cue, the birth of 'Key Accounts'. Never been done before internally, the business sought after a diligent and commerically minded individual, to map out existing business, re-engage with lasped accounts and deliver against current job flow. Step forward, Max Fronicke aka Mr Santa Monica. Employee number 4 into Piper Maddox, Max had a strong pedigree in the UK for client expansion, apply that to an industry that is seeing exponential growth, the rest they say is history!

The role...

Max, Piper Maddox & LA, are looking for a cultural architect. We have the beautiful balance of homegrown talent, of which, several our honoury members of the Million Dollar Club (Billed $1million+ in revenue) and headhunted SME's bringing a wealth of expertise and support to all that join. With a diverse team of individuals, we're looking for an experienced 360 (full desk - Business Development + Delivery) recruiter, to support the continued growth of client development across the Project Development lifecycle. Acting as a Client Partner, there will ample opportunities to deliver against roles within existing job flow, alongside demostrating your ability to develop accounts across lapsed, dormant and passive clients. As a by product of working closely with c-suite and hiring managers, opportunities to cross sell, follow new business leads and open up new accounts. Through our fantastic L&D team, senior leadership training & onboarding mentorship program, the opporutnity to inherit the established team of 3 experienced recruiters would likely be the next step.
