Built on the foundation of ‘people with purpose’ focusing predominantly within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology within the Clinical and Technical Operations space. The position itself, would be a billing management position with a successful team, the ability to develop accounts but also to scale your own business in a market which is tried and tested.

What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years experience managing a high performing team
  • Must currently be running a 360-recruitment desk - business development and recruiting
  • A high energy and self-motivated/ self-starter attitude with the ability to identify and create new opportunities for others.
  • Uphold the ‘Good Human’ ethos Adopt our ‘Younger You’ leadership philosophy – Supportive and inspirational mindset.
  • Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Interested in working on-site
